Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

Timing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of the order date. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including US holidays.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange delivery again.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email shop@clinirae.com with your order number (and photos if it is damaged). We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund.
